Every reel below is a real post on a real client's feed. We need editors who understand hooks, comedy timing and social pacing · not just the basics of cutting. Filter to Intermediateto see what we're looking for you to clear.
Basic edits are the floor · we deliver those at volume every week. The bar for applying is the Intermediate shelf: editors who land the hook in the first second, time comedy to the beat, and ship fast.Advanced tier (AI character work, generative storytelling) opens later · higher rate.
You don't need every one of these at world-class level on day one. You do need to recognise yourself in most of them · these are the muscles we're hiring for.
